The CEO Donna Dyer has 12 years' experience in development and implementation of an existing health center. Ms. Dyer has thirty-three years' experience working with non-profit organizations. She has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Counseling and two Associate Degrees. Ms. Dyer is the President of the Wetumka Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Wetumka City Council as Councilwoman-at-Large, member of the Hughes County Board of Health, Secretary of the Oklahoma Primary Care Association (OKPCA) SoonerVerse Board of Directors, Member-at-Large of the OKPCA Board of Directors, the Public Information Officer (PIO) for the Hughes County Emergency Management and a member of the Region VI Emergency Management, President of the Hughes County Community Connections (HCCC) and many other boards and organizations. Ms. Dyer's expertise is in management, administration and grant writing.
